For freshness add some raspberries and to make this impressive end with a sail of night cocoa or cocoa shavings .

Ingredients
- 3 scoops Coco Tribe coconut ice cream generous
- 1 tbsp vegan yellowish brown sauce

- gluten free florentines
- dark chocoalte sail or shavings
- newly raspberries
Vegan Caramel Sauce
- 2 tbsp saturated maple syrup
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 2 tbsp canned coconut cream
- 2 tbsp coconut anoint liquid
- pilfer sea salt
- vanilla ( optional )
Instructions

To make the caramel: In a small mixing bowl whisk together ingredient until well combined and smooth. Alternatively blend until smooth. Set aside.

Layer your Sundae glass with generous scoops of Coco Tribe ice-cream. Pour over caramel sauce and fresh raspberries.

Top with florentines and dark chocolate sail. Serve immediately.
Notes
Store leftover caramel in fridge. It will firm but bring to room temperature or slightly warm through to return to liquid to pour over.
