But what about coffee ? Yup, even coffee .
If you have never tried swedish Egg Coffee ( besides called norwegian Egg Coffee or Lutheran Church Egg Coffee ), you do n’t know what you ‘re missing !
Being scandinavian myself, I had been meaning to try swedish Egg Coffee for some time. My grandma used to make this – she was a HUGE coffee bean drinker – and I decidedly inherited those genes from her. I was besides young to drink any of the coffee she used to brew on the stave top in an erstwhile metallic element coffeepot sort of like this, but I was dying to try it now that I ‘m a grown-up .

swedish Egg Coffee

(makes 4-6 servings)

6 Cups water
3/4 Cup ground chocolate
1 Fresh testis
1/4 Cup methamphetamine water ( or 3 frosting cubes )

Bring the water to a rolling boil in a stove top coffee toilet or saucepan. meanwhile, with a branching bustle the egg into the coffee grounds, crushing the shell in equally well .
