I used water, carbohydrate, fish sauce, paprika, sriracha, and concentrated tamarind. Some people don ’ t like fish sauce, you can try to use soy sauce sauce. But, adjust to your preference for saltiness .
You can put some loss chili peppers on the side. But, I skip this because it ’ mho already flavorful. If you have a peanut allergy, you don ’ t need to add peanuts .

- Soak the dried rice noodles for 15-20 minutes. Make sure the noodles completely soak into the water.
- Marinate chicken for at least 15 minutes before cooking.
- Stir fry chicken and shrimp when the shrimp starts changing color, add soaked rice noodles. Then, pour the sauce mixture and mix the noodles. Cover the lid for 2-3 minutes.
- Try to put the noodles and meat on the side of the wok and make some rooms for stir frying eggs.
- Then, mix the stir fry eggs with noodles.
