ZZubin : compete for the top of the Major Foods mound. The best food of the Four Seasons replacements from what I can tell. Avo Lobster salad, lobster dumplings, NY strip, tuna chili and Straw cheesecake FTW
David Kaplan : Get the cool lobster and wasabi … and the chef ’ second choice sushi. The pork belly and shrimp electrocute rice we ’ re perfective. This place has not received its due in major reviews.
