Ingredients
For the Raspberry Sauce
- ½ cup fresh raspberries
- ½ cup powdered boodle
- 1 Tbsp
Raspberry liqueur
- 1 tsp lemon or birdlime juice
- Water if necessary to think sauce
For the Whipped Cream
- 4 oz heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp powdered sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla infusion
For the Sundae
- 3 scoops vanilla frosting cream
- 2 peaches hack into wedges
- 1 Tbsp sliced almonds toasted ( optional )
Instructions
- Freeze the glasses .
- To make the sauce, compound raspberries, sugar, Chambord, and lemon or lime juice in a blender and safety blitz to a puree, adding water if necessity to get a dense, pourable sauce .
- Strain the sauce through a colander if necessity. ( My blender made it unnecessary ! ). Chill .
- Make the worst cream and chill until the raspberry sauce has cooled and is cook .
- Layer starting with peaches at the bottom, a scoop of ice rink cream, raspberry sauce, and whipped cream repeating until the glass is full .
- finish up with a boastfully twirl of whisk skim on top. garnish with crispen almonds .
- Serve with two spoons !
Notes
The peaches I used were absolutely good and sweet thus I added no excess sugar. If yours needs extra carbohydrate, slice the peaches and sprinkle with carbohydrate and let macerate for approximately 15 minutes before layering with the early ingredients .
This is a big ice-cream sundae to share. For two separate servings, use 4 scoops of ice cream and level each serving with peaches, ice cream, boo sauce, whipped skim, and toasted almonds … using a bit more of each if desired .
