About the Role As a close Manager, you are customer-facing and enthusiastic about construct strong business relationships. You ‘ll serve as a affair between all parties involved in buying and selling residential real estate, including the seller, buyer, title company, escrow ship’s company, inspection company, lender and place insurance company. Your job starts when a seller signs a contract agreeing to sell their home to Sundae, and stops when the place has officially changed hands. You are committed to teamwork, are extremely meticulous and knowledgeable in all facets of real estate transactions and will to work efficiently and efficaciously to deliver phenomenal military service and build survive relationships. Responsibilities

• Order and coordinate property inspections following appointments with homeowners
• Assemble marketing packages
• Ensure all documentation is submitted and monitor timelines pertaining to title/escrow process
• Follow up with all parties to collect missing paperwork to ensure a smooth transaction
• React to the daily challenges of scheduling and quarterbacking timely closings

About You

• Thorough knowledge of the buying and selling process
• Keen organizational skills and people skills
• Good written and verbal communication
• Effective time management and task prioritization
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Must be able to thrive in fast-paced, constantly changing the environment
• Comfortable with and talented at negotiating
• Advanced real state transaction experience is a plus
• A state Real Estate License is preferred, but not required.
• Open to obtaining your Real Estate License
