You know the types of places — ones that much stay open late into the night, catering to college students and partygoers, and serving greasy Chinese-American grub bum. But some of these restaurants actually have truly good food, including an retiring smudge in Somerville called Wang ‘s Fast Food that not merely offers traditional chinese dishes that go well beyond the needed chicken fingers and spare rib for the night owl, but besides features some of the best dumplings in the entire Boston sphere .
Wang ‘s does n’t have much of a presence from the outside, as it is precisely one of several little businesses on a commercial leach of Broadway at the edge of Magoun Square. The place is small, with a little dining area to the entrust and another minor area to the veracious. The dumplings can be ordered boiled or pan-friend, and they can besides be purchased freeze in bulge orders of 50 for those who would like to cook them at home.
