White chocolate and hot berry ice cream sundae Most of the prison term we are restrained with our ice cream – serving two modest scoops in my Anthropology mini caffe latte bowls – I far prefer little and frequently but on affair, or on vacation a fully on ice-cream sundae hits the spot. For this superintendent rapid ice-cream sundae I have switched around the popular pudding of freeze berries and a hot ashen cocoa sauce and made a ice-cream sundae from ashen chocolate frosting cream and a hot berry compote, as it contains fruit you can about convince yourself that it is healthy .
I was very impress with the Mövenpick white chocolate ice rink cream – easily scoop-able ice cream with chunks of white chocolate – very good indeed .
For a less calorific translation of this that you can eat for breakfast try my FroYo Breakfast Sundae with berry compote and granola.

Serve with a looking glass of hot chocolate !

Instructions

  • Place the berries, water and sugar into a pan and bring to a docile simmer until the berries are soft and you have a syrupy sauce .
  • Layer the frosting cream, hot berry mixture and chocolate sauce into two ice-cream sundae glasses top with a dollop of cream and a few fresh berries .
  • Enjoy immediately .
