Shaved ice desserts are identical popular in many asian countries in the summer. Icy cold shaved ice rink is piled up in a bowl, topped with fresh fruits and other toppings and drizzled with sugared syrup or cream. It quenches your crave and cools you down from the hotness immediately .

Korea is no exception from the asian love for shave ice desserts. We call it “ bingsu ” ( bing = ice, and su = water ). You will find a kind types of bingsu available in many bakeries on the street during the summer .

In fact, mango bingsu happens to be the most expensive matchless. It can run up to $ 50 per bowl if you get it in a 5-star hotel in Korea. Believe it or not, people are will to pay that much to indulge in this delectable mango shaved ice .
I can ’ thymine imagine myself spending $ $ for a bowl of shaven ice. so here is a recipe you can make at home at a divide of the monetary value. Add you don ’ metric ton evening need an ice shaving machine. Use your blender !
Mine looks a lot humbler than the fancy-schmancy 5-star shaved internal-combustion engine, but it tastes equally good as it can be .
