first and first, we need to applaud The New Primal for making their noble Made Original Coconut Aminos. I ’ ve had my average plowshare of coconut aminos and this is the first one that doesn ’ thyroxine require me to add fish sauce or salt to get a piquant umami season !

rice wine vinegar -

grated ginger -

lime juice
Pork Dumpling Meatballs

ground pork
( the fatty the better ) -

whisked -

thinly sliced -

garlic clove
finely minced -

chopped coriander -

Noble Made Original Coconut Aminos -

Instructions
Dipping Sauce
- Mix all ingredients except calcium oxide juice in a bowl .
- place in the refrigerator covered until ready to use .
- Stir in birdlime juice before serving .
Pork Dumpling Meatballs
- Preheat oven to 400F. Line a bake sheet with parchment newspaper, set aside .
- In a blend bowl, add in the grind pork, whisked egg, green onions, garlic clove, coriander, Noble Made Coconut Aminos, kosher salt, and ground black pepper .
- Mix until everything is well combined and the mix is sticky .
- Using a medium cookie scoop, scoop the pork assortment and form meatballs. If you don ’ t have a medium cookie scoop, scoop about 1-1 ½ tbsp of pork barrel mix to form meatballs .
- Place meatballs on parchment lined baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through .
- Air Fryer method acting : place in vent fryer basket, set temperature to 400F, and fudge for 10-12 minutes depending on the size of meatballs .
- Serve pork barrel dumpling meatballs with dipping sauce .
