Updated February 2022 ! Pei Wei is the fast casual chain owned by P.F. Chang ’ sulfur. They have an open kitchen concept where you can watch the flames dancing as they prepare your meal. I ’ ve always loved this chain for their standard atmosphere and flavors. And they can be a good option for dairy-free diners. They removed the milk tag on the Kids ’ Menu Lo Mein, but I would proceed with caution since their main menu Lo Mein does contain milk. The Teriyaki Bowl does not contain egg when made with the Chicken, and the Honey-Seared and Sweet & Sour Bowls do not contain egg when made with the Five Spice Tofu .
