What is Kraut Chi you ask ? In an excerpt from The Art of Fermentation ir?t=mountainfeed 20&l=am2&o=1&a=160358286X Sandor describes it as “ a hybrid of sauerkraut and kimchi, the german and korean words for sour vegetables that we have adopted into the english lyric. ”
One thing we know for certain is that Kraut Chi is simply delightful. Thanks to inspiration from Sandor Ellix Katz, today we want to share with you our identical own recipe for Kraut Chi – delightful, alimentary and easy to make !

Kraut Chi Directions

1) Prepare your Equipment

Wash your jar and perfect pickler components throughly with soap and warm urine. 4) Ferment!
