- Leigh, Soozee, and Rose were previous employees of Eat Your Kimchi. With Simon & Martina’s move to Japan, they do not work for them anymore.

Leigh & Soo Zee Kim
Leigh was a video editor for Eat Your Kimchi. She took part in the section, D.I.C.K.S. ( Discussing Interesting contemporary Korean Slang ) where they would discuss phrases & slang. Rose
Rose Gambrel was the web developer for Eat Your Kimchi. Her home town is Vancouver, Canada. Rose is a dancer and has been in a few K-Pop MVs including AoA ‘s Heart Attack, Girls ‘ Generation ‘s Lionheart, and Super Junior ‘s Devil.
Rose was the co-host of the Youtube channel The Something Show, with Antoine. The channel included vlogs, dancing video, and videos about their lives in Korea .

Eat Your Kimchi fluid
The Eat Your Kimchi mobile was created then they could drive around Korea and shoot more matter to television for Eat Your Kimchi. The Eat Your Kimchi art decorates the side of the cable car. The Eat Your Kimchi Mobile was left behind during Simon and Martina ‘s move to Japan .
- The Eat Your Kimchi mobile was brought briefly to the United States for Simon and Martina’s tour!
- Despite not having the vehicle anymore, Simon and Martina have made jokes about the new Eat Your Kimchi mobile being their bikes.
