Notes on the Recipe, Tips and Tricks

I use pasteurized eggs alternatively of regular raw eggs for health reasons. You can purchase pasteurized eggs at your grocery store memory but the pasteurization process is actually easy to do at base. Check out my video : How to Pasteurize Eggs for more information. 2 large pasteurized eggs at room temperature
