Chinese Chicken Dumplings (Dim Sum)
many countries around the earth have their own dash of dumplings ( dough wrapped around a woof ) and I have liked them all.
The method used for this recipe is fairly easily, but if you find it difficult to form, merely fold the wrap in half and varnish. The preference and the experience will be the same.
Be warned – they are highly addictive.

Chicken Feet, Dim Sum style – How to Make Authentic Restaurant-style Chicken Feet (紫金凤爪)
Dim Sum vogue chicken feet, a.k.a. Feng Zhua or Pheonix Claws – a cup of tea that ‘s decidedly a bit on the complex english but more than tasty to make up for it.
We do the Dim Sum restaurant-style steam method for these chicken feet rather of the braise method acting that ‘s popular on-line – drawn-out steamer ensures offer, fall-off-the-bone chicken while placid preserving its gusty hide. There ‘s three sauces that ‘re most park with wimp feet – abalone sauce, total darkness bean sauce, and zijin chili garlic sauce … while all three are popular, we felt the zijin chili garlic kind was possibly the most ‘classic ‘ with that distinctive red-ish color, so that ‘s the commission we went.
