  • 200 grams chocolate (good quality)
  • 1 tablespoons peanut butter (optional)
  • 100 grams Fried Noodles
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • mini easter eggs to decorate

Instructions

  1. Mix the fried noodles and shredded coconut together in a big bowl  and keep them aside.
  2. Melt the chocolate in the microwave or over stove top:
    –   In the microwave, set it on medium heat and melt chocolate and peanut stirring every 20 seconds, till it fully melted.
    –   On a stove top, take small vessel with water and bring to a boil. Then lower the heat. Put the chocolate pieces and peanut butter on  another bowl and place the bowl on the vessel containing water. Keep stirring the chocolate continuosly till it is fully melted.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate over the fried noodles and shredded coconut. Mix all these very well till they get well combined.
  4. Scoop the noodle mixture from the bowl and place them on the tray. Form this mixture into bird nests shapes. And hollow them in the center, to place the easter eggs.
  5. Finally keep these nests into the fridge. Keep them for atleast 30 minutes or they get well set. While serving place the easter eggs in the center of the chocolate egg nest.

Notes

  • after the chocolate is melted, mix it fast with fried noodles and shredded coconut. And form the nest fast before the chocolate becomes hard.
  • if fried noodles are not available, cornflakes can be used.
