Stir together 4 tablespoon dark soy sauce, 1 teaspoon white vinegar, 2 teaspoon red chili sauce, 2 tablespoon huitre sauce, 1 teaspoon beloved, and 1 teaspoon sesame oil in a bowl and set it apart .
