- 10 square won ton wrappers

Instructions

Heat about an inch of oil in a pan over medium heat (to reach 360°F). Test the oil by placing one strip in. If it browns to fast, turn down the heat.

Place about 12 wonton strips evenly over the oil (you may need to do a few batches). Watch carefully as they’ll burn fast. Once you notice the bottoms turning golden brown, flip and cook a few more seconds. After a couple batches, you may need to turn the heat to low.

Once the strips are golden brown, remove with a slotted spoon. Place on a plate lined with paper towels to remove excess grease.
