Instructions
- Cut zucchini into noodles with a spiralizer julienne instrument, or a mandoline. Set aside .

Make the sauce: In medium bowl combine soy sauce, vinegar, and oyster sauce (or hoisin). Set aside.
- Heat olive vegetable oil in a large frying pan on medium high heat. Add onions and garlic, fudge until indulgent. Add red bell pepper, carrot and red pilfer. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 2 minutes .
- Add the zucchini noodles and the sauce. Stir everything in the pan until coated and continue cooking until zucchini noodles are tender, about 2-3 minutes. trim with coriander, serve with hot sauce .
